SHIPPING POLICY

Fast Service is a top priority at Deep Glow Technologies. Orders will generally be processed within 2 to 5 business days after your order is placed but we may be able to ship same or next day by request. We ship most orders via FedEX, but also use USPS and DHL. Shipping then takes between 1-4 business days depending on your location. We only ship orders placed on our website to the lower 48 states. For all other areas email sales@deepglow.com or call us at 888-871-3334 for an accurate quote. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and private mail boxing facilities.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Non-Defective Product Return Process:

In order to return a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling the Sales or Service Department at 888-871-3334.

Deep Glow’s products include a one-year limited warranty that guarantees replacement or repair for any manufacturer's defects at no additional cost. Non-defective products may be returned in saleable condition within 30 days for any reason, but may be subject to restocking fees and shipping charges.

No returns are accepted after 1 year from the date of purchase. However, if your Deep Glow product needs service, we are happy to help and our products are designed to be easily serviced at a reasonable cost.

Deep Glow can issue a Return Shipping Label for non-defective product return. All non-defective products that are returned with our prepaid shipping label will have a shipping cost deducted from the amount of the credit.

Please ensure that the product returned securely in the original packaging with sufficient packing material. Deep Glow is not liable for damage caused during shipment back to us.
