Although we’re proud of our industry-leading, two-year warranty program, we know that things can happen outside of warranty, especially in the harsh underwater environment. Regardless if your light is new or old, if something happens, we’re here to help get your light back up and running.

Old or damaged lights become new again with our repair and refurbishment program. If your Deep Glow light stops working regardless of age, don’t throw it away! Even lights that are long out of warranty can be repaired or refurbished for a fraction of the cost of new.

We are happy to arrange shipping for your old light to be returned to our factory, where we will diagnose and repair or refurbish, recycle all possible parts, including the lens, ballast, reflector, wing nuts, etc., and return to you a light that is like-new.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please verify that the unit you are returning is an authentic Deep Glow light. Our repair program is exclusively for our products, and we are not responsible for any shipping costs, return fees, or damages associated with non-Deep Glow lights sent to our facility.

STEPS

  2. We’ll email you a FedEx or UPS shipping label
  3. Clean light and let dry completely
  4. Pack well and drop off at the local UPS store
  5. Arrives at Deep Glow
  6. Deep Glow technicians will repair or replace all parts needed to make your light operate like new again. An invoice will be emailed to you for review and payment. For lights out of warranty, we only charge for the cost of parts and shipping. Average repairs range from $50 to $250. Cord lengths over 50’ may be more.
